If you are currently participating in the Windsor Food Bank as of 10/1/17 or your family has been approved for free or reduced lunch this school year, you are automatically eligible to participate in the program. (Please bring your approval letter from the Board of Education.)
Those families not in the two above stated programs, but still meet the income guidelines listed below, can register but will also need to provide the following documentation:
* Utility bill mailed to home address
* Picture ID
* Name, birthdate social security card or birth certificate for each child 15 years and younger.
* Proof of all household income- child support, unemployment, SSD or employment for the last month.
REGISTRATIONS ARE STILL BE TAKEN.
All families MUST register in person with Windsor Social Services located at 599 Matianuck Ave. L.P. Wilson Community Center.
Upon registration you will receive a packet that must be completed and mailed to Project Santa.
NO partial applications will be made.
You MUST have all the documentation at the time of registration.
