Sharon Gauthier RN/MSN/MPH/CDP is the owner of an independent patient advocacy practice that assists elderly patients who are in crisis and/or transitioning through the healthcare system. She is dedicated to providing resources, nutritional support, and coordination of care to those in need. To that end, she also serves on the board of the Chron's and Colitis Foundation of Ct, is the originator and director of the Avon Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Council and belongs to multiple chambers and organizations.
Sharon has lived in Windsor for 54 years, is married to her husband Fred and has two children and two grandchildren.
